We know him not only as a manager, we know him as an efficient and intelligent person.  He is very punctual and likes to do his work on time.  He is a good advisor and gives various advices.  He is an efficient and intelligent member of the forum.  He is much needed in the forum, so we should all pledge to stand by him in danger.  A wise, skilled and patient person like him is considered not only a member of the forum but also an asset of the forum.
