Seems to me that Russia currently only has 1 of these missiles. But it may have several. If production gets under way, nobody will be able to stop Russia.

Russia today revealed chilling new footage of its 'meteorite' hypersonic missile Avangard being readied for combat in yet another nuclear threat to the West.
Footage shows the weapon - which is delivered to targets at 27 times the speed of sound - being installed in an underground launch silo in the Orenburg region, southwest Russia, near the Kazakhstan border.
The missile with a hypersonic glide vehicle is fired outside the earth's atmosphere before striking any target in the world in less than 30 minutes, claims Moscow.

You have an interesting style of writing... for example "when Trump wins the elections", when "Rusia wins", when the RF develops this weapon, when... But the "when" and the "ifs" are just wishful thinking.
In this case the latest stuff is the "unstoppable weapon" myth. Look, the RF already has the technology and the ability to use missiles that range from very difficult to nearly impossible to stop, but that does not matter because the can produce a tiny amount of them, some fail spectacularly and they are more expensive that most targets out there. On top of that, they are a weapon of terror, but will not win a war - unless used in quantities that the RF cannot produce.

But here is where your own thinking backfires on itself. If Russia is so weak, why hasn't the US military simply gone in there and broken her apart... especially since they have all that Nato around there in Europe?

With the break-up of the USSR in '91, there was the promise that Nato wouldn't push further in the direction of Russia. So, Russia was dumb enough to trust that, and to go into somewhat of a bit of hibernation. The US is waking her up by slapping her with Ukraine... like a hibernating bear might get pestered by a squirrel.
You don't want to wake this bear up... if you know what is good for you. Let her sleep. Live and let live. Trade and let trade. But don't wake the bear up.
You would need to answer your own question, as you are the one stating that the US is at war, which is not the case.
If you want to know my opinion, the US is absolutely fine with having Adolf Putin in there, at least it gives a certain stability to the whole nuclear thing. The last thing you'd want is the RF to fall in disarray and become a failed state or come into the hands of the more radical branch of the Orc Army, which would happen if the US pressed at 100%. The US game is not difficult to guess, it is just a question of "winning" the war without creating bigger problems.
- Ukraine becomes an ally and the buffer against RF expansion (not just military, also in influence an economic).
- Europe becomes more indebted mainly with the US.
- More weapons will be sold, good for US business.
- Blocks are formed - helpful against China in the near future.
- Europe looses competitiveness as the cheap RF resources are not coming in the near and perhaps long term.
As said many times, the only winner in this war, if any, is the US.
There are very good reasons to pour money and help into Ukraine. As usual, none are particularly altruistic.
