I know the op's statement depends on luck to win a game but not knowing that it's not all games you can win based on luck, some games require players' inputs and skill activation to win. A newbie can easily win on dice since it is based on luck but some other games like poker and the rest requires a player to contribute to the winning, luck has few chances and only that requires little to no players contribution to determine its outcome such as slot, dice those are the only luck base games I know.
