I would say that this is not the fault of stake or yours, clearly, luck wasn't just on your side and I hope you see it that way rather than attack stake.
If your account is an old one like you claim, you should already know how legitimate and reputable stake is, we must not always get it right all the time.
Avoiding issues like this is why I personally don't try to bet on games that are already in progress.

Only reason I use Stake instead of a site like Pinnacle is the anon factor. Even this is changing.

Sorry for the loss mate, thankfully it's not a big out, I mean 0.005 bitcoin can be really big amount for some persons but I know it is not for you, errors are bound to happen at times, and casinos are prudent to making sure they are not cheated, if a thing like you explained happens and casino after investigating can't find any traces pointing to them being at fault, they will hardly succumb or give in to accusations as yours.

So I just hope you find strength to swallow this bitter pill and blame the whole issue on luck that wasn't on your side.
