On the United side, Manchester United is not an easy opponent to beat by Barcelona. Currently, Erik Ten Hag's squad is on the right track. they just need even tighter chemistry and bonding. plus, it only requires a sharp center forward. so, this match will offer an interesting match.

Both Barcelona and Manchester United have strong squads. There are many star players in their squad. But despite having a lot of talented players, the two teams are still not stable. And so the performance of these two teams against each other cannot be predicted now. Their performance will depend on Xavi and Ten Hag's match strategy. Both the teams will become stronger if the match strategy and bonding between the players is good. Both have the propensity to win the Europa League title. But since the first match is Barcelona's home match. So I will put Barcelona ahead in this match. Barcelona is very strong at home.
Barcelona have good winning results in camp nou, there chances of beating manchester united is very high. Xavi Hernandez is the perfect man to lead the barça to their glory in the europa league. On the other hand, Erik ten hag is very tactical in his past few games and there's every single chance for him to have a draw tie in the first game against the catalans. However the red devils might make shocking result in the game because both their defendline and midfield is currently in shape, their only problem would be the attacking force.
I understand that many are betting that Barcelona will play at home and is likely to win, which is logical in general. But Manchester also plays well at home and for him it will be a return match, in which he Manchester will understand what he needs to win, so even if Barcelona win at home 1-0, it will not do much.
Of course if Barcelona score 2 or 3 unanswered goals at home, there's probably a 70% probability of going further.
In general, from the point of view of Manchester should "dry" the game so that it was as few goals as possible and beat Barcelona already at Old Trafford.
