Be careful with this one. They claim to be licensed, but they are not. They have one of those phony Curacao licenses. Who awarded the license? No one knows. How can you contact the regulator? Answer: You can't.

A little digging shows they are breaking the law in multiple countries by offering illegal gambling services. For my country in particular you need to be registered, fully licensed and comply with certain regulations. They aren't even close to being legal.

They can screw you over at any point, and there is nothing you can do about it. They've stolen a five figure sum from me, so be warned!

We are licensed. We have never stolen anything. We are a casino. We supply risk:reward games for your entertainment. Our in-house games are provably fair and our third-party games only come the most trusted developers in the industry. They are all frequently audited for fairness as well. If you lost money at a casino, that is not the same as it being stolen. Words matter. Be an adult.

Name me the company that licensed you and give me their contact information so I can resolve a dispute then. No one from BC can give me the answer to this yet. From what I can tell, you are hiding behind some sort of proxy sub-license that has no real substance and is lacking the player protection you'd expect from a licenced casino. To that point, I don't think it's appropriate to claim that you are licensed. Can you suggest any benefit of your current license to the customer?

For the record, I think BC is a absolutely great platform. But I'm also convinced that it's an illegal gambling operation which shouldn't actually be offering services to people in my country, but I'm sure that's probably the case for the vast majority of the crypto casinos out there.

Also, I'm not crying over losing money on your games. Your games are great and I have no doubt they are fair. My issue is with something else.
