A good question indeed. But you need to decide also OP whether to save your life or continue investing.
Besides, trading or investing in crypto cannot assure that it gives you profit nor it can eradicate poverty as it totally depends on the person who did it. But as you had said that it gives you too much stress that leads to your heart problem, I would suggest not to continue doing this. We don't need to sacrifice our life from this because we have a lot of options for how to earn money and this is not the last.
