How do you know that there will be a huge dump in 2023? 
If it is about the recession, I assume it is still an issue or a rumor. And the prices of crypto coins don't fully follow the world issue. I still remember that we have a bullrun season in 2021 although we experienced a big disaster (Covid-19) at that time. Anyway, considering the 4 years cycle, 2023 is the second year of bearish season. Ideally, the price of crypto coins begin to increase gradually, we are starting to toward the bullish season. Although there should be some dumps, commonly it won't be as huge as in the first year bearish.
