Elon Musk did not tweeted that bitcoin will increase by the end of winter, the statement 'bitcoin will make it, but might be a long winter' means the bear market will be long.

You should not believe in people, I will advice you to believe in yourself if you can do appropriate reserach on bitcoin. People are expecting 2023 to be for bulls and bears as the price will increase and decrease, while 2024 for more significant bull period.

If I invest on bitcoin, it is not because Elon Musk say anything, it is because I did my own research and still believe that the 4 year cycle will still repeat itself ones more.
