Most times, when I thoroughly scrutinize a game, I end up picking the wrong choices and the ticket will have much lose games than when I just analyze with little sense of uncertainty. The lesson I learned from this experience is that, when you exercise too much fear while booking a game, you will end up picking the wrong ones. When ever i feel like playing risky games, I pick select big odds , I do so with a high staking power, and in most times i win. But when i am too careful , the random little odds end up destroying the ticket. A gambler sometimes needs to take risk
And no matter what you do that losing streak will always appear as that is how probabilities work, after all, the more you double your bet and the more you use the martingale strategy the more likely it becomes that you will suffer a catastrophic loss.
So while martingale may give the impression to be an infallible strategy when it finally fails it does so in such a way that you will lose the majority or all your capital, and since this will inevitably happen you might as well give up on using this strategy.
