but all licensed casinos ask to do KYC, so sooner or later they will eventually ask all customers to do KYC, this is what all casinos have spoken many times, now about this issue of allowing people from restricted countries to be able to using the site using VPN I think this could create problem for the casino, I am not an expert in laws but I think that if the casino is allowing a certain customer who is in the restricted country to play in the casino using VPN then the casino is breaking the rules laws of those countries and may be held criminally responsible

I don't know to what extent the governments are supervising the casinos or to what extent the government of Curacao is supervising the casinos that they grant licenses, but this point of allowing people from restricted countries to use the casino is something so serious and problematic that it can bring serious problems to the casino in the future, I hope I'm wrong and it's just my imagination

That are all valid things indeed but I hope Betfury has this covered and maybe they can reply in this topic?

Many will also be forced to submit KYC, particularly those who staked thier BFG on the casino itself. They will not be able to withdraw the tokens and the profit if won't send thier documents.

It's becoming normal already for casinos in crypto but I think the decentralized ones might still take a long time for them to be regulated. The casinos where you have to connect your metamask can be hard to regulate.

I have staked around 4000 BFG tokens in total and have already quite a few times withdrawed money (always small amounts) and has never been asked to submit KYC. Probably if the amounts would be much higher, I might be asked to do it.
