Why would you invite a restaurant owner for Christmas dinner?
I get this may be strange to you understanding there is a cultural difference between us, my community is tightly knit. Everybody knows everybody or someone related to your family, that's one of the beauty of coming home for the holidays. It's Christmas and I wanted to be nice. I will be here after the 25th so you're not worried I was stabbed to death by a stranger.Still, you need to be careful who you invite to your home, especially in the face of high insecurity, your community may be friendly and familiar with each other does not mean you know what they are capable of, especially someone who only came home for the holidays. You should be security conscious.
