To have any real value cryptocurrency must be useful for people and be necessary for people for a long time. That is why it is necessary to evaluate what useful things cryptocurrency gives for people and how long this things will be useful for people.
Most of the cryptocurrency out there have no use-case for real world people and they just have bunch of bad tokenomics with little value on it, some of those altcoins are failed overtime and it should be taken into an account that even they offer you the "real-world project" it doesn't mean they will do it once the sale is over. They can either run away with that money or just it takes so long to actually make it into reality.

Also bear market isn't over yet and it may continue until early 2023 because of so many bad events happen around cryptocurrency.

You should be aware that even there are good plans coming from the team and they are promoting usable project, chances that they will runaway is still possible, unless they manage to bring that promise into reality and the project are just being triggered of this current event which being cause of many factors.

The bear is not over yet, there are still possibilities that the market will continue to fall for more and no clear indications that it
will bounce next year.
There's always a chance of run-away or rug pulls or something that correlates about pulling investors funds and never came back no matter how good the project is or would be, this is why its never really that assurance whether you do make out sure money in the future or not.

Market bearish movement or season is something unpredictable and lots had been speculating that this would be ending on 4 year cycle or even more,no one really knows actually.
Some are still waiting for more dips for them to get better cheap prices which i couldnt really blame them yet even myself is really waiting for that.
