I would even really like to invite some generous merit source to help our local board, but it's not mandatory as actually we still have 2 or 3 active merit source.
You can always use
Report unmerited good posts to Merit Source topic if you think that some good posts are left unmerited. I've used it in the past when my local didn't have enough merit and it helped us a lot.
I am really interested in yearly review, or something I suggested before to show historical activity of local board from the first day they got created, and it doesn't need to contain all the details, but only important stuff.
You mean like total amount of posts created/merits shared since creation? I am not sure how that would look like since some local boards were created in 2010 while some in 2014 so it wouldn't really be fair comparison. Or you had something else in mind?
Someone could also make one of those animated racing bars that most of us like to see.
That's actually a very good idea and something I would like to see as well. I don't know how to do it though (maybe its done in Powerpoint or similar tool?) so maybe @bitmover (iirc he was the one making them) could do it, if he can be bothered with it.
