I am not in charge of Support matters but honestly speaking, if you were to be cooperative and not verbally abuse our staffs while calling the site scam for acting on their policies, maybe there's a way things could have worked out for the better.

I can't guarantee anything beyond this point should you contact them again, however if you continue with these kind of behavior, things will remain status quo. We did what we could, but ultimately the ball's in your court.
