I second this one. I think the punishment is too much. If you will like it, I would suggest to remove that statement from the ToS.
You can just ban on the live chat, and not terminate his account. Also, why does the support is the one the has the power to decide if his account will be closed or not? How about the owner of 500 Casino?
I hope to see this being cleared and resolved as I believe that 500 casino is a nice place to play at.
The owner also works in Support as well so final/ ultimate decisions are unanimous.
Most casinos here have various degrees of leniency but to be realistic, everything has its limits. If you were to see some fella above spewing the same baloney over and over, there's no point further engaging.
