So the plan is to funnel users into your discord server, a platform where you control the conversation and where you would not have members calling out your bs, as would be the case here.
If you are going to announce a service here, you can post the full information for it to be scrutinized by forum members.

I believe the main point on moving the discussion on discord is for conveniency. Discord is very orgarnize and easy to input video and images required for show casing the product instead of here.
But I agree that the discussion should be continued here since you are advertising in the forum and not on discord. Let those user that want to continue the discussion on discord enter there but you should show case too what you are showing on discord here in the forum. Purchase a copper membership so that you instantly post an image if you are really serious to your business.
