I would recommend anyone reading this thread and feel interested on OP's offer to exercise extreme caution and common sense.
If something seems too good to be true, usually it is.

Implying OP's is true and he is offering these services for 150$ that would imply giving support for a significant amount of casinos for little money, which does not sound profitable in the long term. Even if it was, would not this mean we all would see an huge amount of low quality casinos to appear?

If one wants to start a casino one needs to know what one is doing and hire people to take care of security, budget, etc.

Again, use common sense.
