I saw that barcelona will not face any problem even though barcelona will be playing the game without lewandowski as its main striker. Barcelona has some players that are ready to be played in the starting line up. Is not it good for another player like depay to show if he still has potential for barcelona? i saw that as an opportunity for him although lewandowski was top scorer in la liga but it doesn't mean if depay was bad. It will be affecting the performance from barcelona as sometimes lewandowski was able to helping the club like saving barcelona when it was losing a few goals and made the match become draw. Lewandowski will absent for three matches which can be considered as a lot of matches.
I don't think Memphis Depay is bad, it's just that during this season he has rarely been included in the starting line-up because Lewandowski has filled that position. When defending the Netherlands at the 2022 world cup he did quite well and scored goals. Maybe here is the lack of playing minutes that will make everyone doubt if Barcelona chooses Depay as an option to replace Lewandowski in the main attack line. But I don't see that bad in Depay, he will still be good and offensive when needed.
Depay is not a bad player. He atleast once again proved it as he played in Qatar. He was a moving energy to his country men. If I were to be a coach and I need strength in football, I will definitely use Memphis because of his speed and strength.
I think the major problem is with Xavi. He doesn't know how to use these players and Lewandowski is inclusive.
