It has non-solid capacitors, the top will appear bloated if it's busted.You might also need to get your PSU checked since it could be the issue why the ports are getting broken one by one.
so I'm using a 650w Corsair PSU there are also 2 other GekkoScience hubs connected to it, they are running solid.
i think im going to test the power with the barrel, i tried to unscrew it apart and boy are those screws really in there almost stripped one
