I think everything all happened in a short time, probably they did not expect things will end up the way they did, they also didn't expect Messi will leave the club so they were not prepared for his departure but things are finally falling into place once again thanks to Xavi, a lot of improvement has been made compared to the previous season and they can now compete for the league trophy.

Yes, we have to appreciate Xavi Hernandez's performance because he made a lot of changes to the team so that we can see Barcelona as it is today. When Koeman was still in charge, I didn't even expect Barcelona to be able to at least compete in the top 4 of the standings. However, when management decided to put their trust in Xavi. hope reappears with the changes he made. Indeed, I don't deny that at first, I doubted that Xavi would make a contribution to Barcelona, but slowly my doubts were answered.
Xavi is a legend just like Frank Lampard. I'm happy that Barcelona's management isn't as impatience as Chelsea's management. If it were to be Chelsea, I don't think Xavi will be granted enough time to build the team in a way that he desires. I think Ftank Lampard would have done the same job in Chelsea but it was unfortunate that he found himself in the midst of inpatient management but lucky for Xavi, he's been able to go this far with Barcelona. I believe Xavi has much better plans for FCB, but let's see what his subsequent stay will yield .
