Most of the people will avoid bitcoin payments and will pass it on to cash or other payments. Make it easy and attractive for your customers to pay with bitcoin. By attractive means give them some discount or give them some points which they can use later to buy anything from you. They will acquire these points or discounts if they only pay with bitcoin.
