If man does not manage his youth properly then he has to face some sufferings in later life.  It is normal for germs to nest in the human body.  But there are certain rules of food at the speed of people's movement, which if followed, the body will be very fit.  But @yahoo62278 used to consume alcohol, smoking and other drugs from his youth which are very harmful to health.
