For the first half of the Bundesliga it looks competitive in terms of competition from each team, but for the second half it still can't be said to be competitive because the matches haven't started yet. Now for Dortmund itself actually the team would be good if they didn't often sell the best players to other clubs, because Dortmund only needed to change the concept by targeting victory and champions in the competition without thinking about how much money they could get by selling the best players to other teams.
In second half of season, teams usually have more problems than in a first half. Especially in this season with World Cup 2022 was hosted in middle of season that causes players more tired, exhausted and they might have more injuries in rest of the season. Even if they won't get injuries, they will have less energetic performances and likely worse quality in their performances.
Small teams have less players participated in World Cup 2022 so they will have better preparation for second half of season. Bigger teams will have to face with player exhaustion, injuries in second half and combine these things, for me it is hard to say how Bundesliga will end in this season.
I am expecting to see many surprises in a second half.
