Yeah, I would not count airdrop as free crypto also anyway especially my old email back in 2018 just got attacked by a lot of email bombs and I did not even bother to use it anymore for just attempting these bounties or airdrops.
It is like you're also selling your email address for a worthless token anyway so yeah it is not really what you call it "free". I can even recall one particular email that day trying to steal the private keys of my MEW by trying to bait me into their phishing site.
Sadly, many people got caught in this bait as they promised to receive free crypto for just a simple site registration and do nothing.
It was really known many years ago that airdrops are very hot in the crypto world but for now, only a few people take a look at them and waste their time. Perhaps they are already and it was a good indication that we learn something from the past and these scam airdrops. They will send you invitations via emails or telegram, they are really hungry to get money from innocent individuals, yet they are very unfortunate of making success.
