I agree with you that the German league has become very stale and it is only played to see by how many points Bayern Munich will win the league this time. This has been the case for the past 10 years as they have won every single season and in addition to that, they have even won the local league cups as well.

I agree with you that unless a billionaire buys the club, Bayern Munich will be the undisputed champions for the foreseeable future which is pretty sad. Another thing is that Bayern Munich tends to buy star players from the opposing teams which also cripples them to climb up the table.

Yes, but if it's a local billionaire. As far as I know, the 50+1 rule implemented by the German Football League (DFL) in 1998, which means that 51% of club shares can be owned by fans. while the role of external investors is limited, they may not own more than 49% of the shares. however, we have to look at the fact that the 50+1 rule doesn't help many certain clubs. some have greater capital requirements than others, let's call it Bayern Munich. so that's why the Bundesliga is always dominated by Bayern Munich, which has a very large financial compared to other clubs.

I don't know if these rules have been changed or not, at least some proposals a few years ago to change the rules that made the Bundisliga no longer competitive. but in fact, several clubs could compete with Bayern Munich, such as Bayern Leverkusen, RB Leipzig, even Wolfsburg. different from other clubs which are sports associations.
