Winners will be determined censorship-resistant via Blockchain because members will need to determine the last Bitcoinblock mined in January 2022 (CET Timezone).
That's easy:
721,257
Lol

Indeed LOL, somehow I've expected it already, that I've missed it to weed out all errors but luckily, the year is mentioned in the
rules correctly.

Many thanks for pointing this out and your win are 4 Merits.

To determine a winner, we are looking for the last Bitcoin block mined in January 2023 CET Time.
That's a bit more difficult.
Currently, at 10:40 CET, the latest block is 769699. There are 45440 minutes left. The next difficulty adjustment will make it
5.2% easier for miners. Let's say it takes 9.6 minutes per block on average. That leaves 4733 blocks. But what do I know, so let's add
a random number between -50 and 50: -36. That leaves 4697 blocks. My estimate for the last block of January 2023: 774396!
Bitcointalk Account: LoyceV
Last Block of January 2023: 774396
Great prediction and a very accurate one.
I'm expecting also an average of below 10 minutes per block mined, so more blocks will be mined until our given date. If Bitcoin's price doesn't drop much more, it's a likely outcome.

I promise I did not use my time machine to get this number.
Ok, we'll believe you.

Edited posts will be rejected!
I made a mistake, and edited it

When you see it, it's obvious. I couldn't use my time machine again, it's still charging.
No problem, dear LoyceV, since you've mentioned it, I've now confirmed your number and archived it
here, your entry is
eligible.
How could I miss to mention the name of your couch,
Bonbon L?

I thought you wanted to let me have the honor of introducing it

Yes, it's a good excuse, can I request to apply that excuse? /s

Sure, it's your couch so you have been entitled to introduce it.

Happy new year @everyone from me as well.
Take care in the Foxhole and protect it from rockets.
