We investigated a little deeper over the last few days and realized the issue was ultimately down to a bug in the software. We take back all accusations of fraud of the customer and we apologize for the bad handling of the situation.
We have settled with Juan in private. As part of the settlement, we will make a small donation to the make-a-wish foundation on the customers behalf.
Due to the buggy software, poor handling of the situation, along with low customer interest Macaw will be closing its doors for the foreseeable future.
