First off, trying to pass someone elses content as ones own is considered plagiarism here. That goes both for verbatim copy/paste, as well as for word spinning.
Whilst some people copy/paste and add a source, technically avoiding formal plagisrism, these types of posts are often considered and reported as cero value added due to just that (cero value added). Spinning a text is worse, deliberately camouflaging plagiarism, trying to hide the fact from people that cross-check these things.
