They had to put some items other than btc/tickets/reward points on that WoF to make it look attractive and stimulate imagination.
It's a bit of shame that no odds are presented for winning each item. In the traditional WoF with equal fields and equal number of fields for each prize - the odds would be the same for each, so presenting this in a form of WoF can create such expectation. I wouldn't feel surprised if quite a lot of players felt somewhat cheated when they realise that high-value prizes have much smaller odds. Simply presenting a small table with odds somewhere in a corner could prevent this.
