It looks like the bear market is not over for now. The bear market continues, and Bitcoin will experience small dumps from time to time. However, market conditions are more stable than before. We will be difficult to predict the current market conditions. Will it be bearish or bullish which will happen in early 2023. By and large Q1 in any year will experience a bit of dumping.

hard to say. With the current issues and market situation, bear market is yet to stop or nearing its end as there's also no signs that the bull is already approaching. Truly hard to say and judging from the current situation, bear might stay for another couple of months or for the whole year before the halving in 2024. Of course, that's just a speculation because nobody here in this planet could predict what would happen in the future.
