It's alluding to the fact that you arbitrarily chose to divide G by 2. You can probably find a divisor for any other point whose result has some kind of pattern. Or maybe multiply the point by a scalar. Maybe the 'pattern' is not being in a specifically small range, but having a repeating number at the start in some representation like hex or octal or whatever may fit.
