Competition like this is what we want to see in the Premier League, I mean the Premier League has presented very competitive competition and coupled with the joining of a relatively new team like Newcastle to occupy the competition in the top 4 of the standings, making the competition in the Premier League even more interesting to watch. Newcastle not only held Arsenal to a draw, but the results they were able to achieve opened up opportunities for the team now under Arsenal to be closer and apply more pressure so that Arsenal are not comfortable where they are today.
To win Premier League, Manchester United will have to beat both Manchester City and Arsenal. Honestly it is an impossible task for them but they can win against Newcastle United to get a 3rd position at the end. That position is a best one Manchester United can get in this season. It can be a foundation for them to aim at a better achievement in next season. A third position if they can get, will give them more confidence that they are competitive enough in Premier League. It can help them to buy some star players in the summer which are meaningful for their building process.

What's even more unique is that the match between Arsenal vs Newcastle ended without anyone scoring a goal, so there was no additional number of goals for the two teams and that was also an influence for other teams who were following Arsenal at the top of the standings. One more thing is that Newcastle's own number of points is the same as that of Manchester United even though Newcastle have played 18 times and that will be a huge motivation for Manchester United to take the top three from Newcastle.
Arteta argued that Arsenal should be given two penalties which could help them to beat Newcastle United. Anyway it is a controversy only and the match ended, result is final. Nothing can be changed and both team must move onward to continue fighting for their aims in this season.

With Arsenal, it's a trophy and with Newcastle United, it is a position inside top four in order to have a first season in Champions League in their history. They have never been qualified for Champions League.
