But so far my account (Manate29) has not been verified, support is feeding me breakfast, and the SEO accuses me of violating their rules, calls me a member of some syndicate and threatens that I will not be able to play in any other bookmaker because they will distribute my data. I screenshotted the entire dialogue and can provide evidence.
Why are you waiting to submit the screenshot of the conversations if you have a strong belief in yourself? Don't forget to include the screenshot of your account transaction history (if possible). Haven't you made any withdrawal from Moonbet before? Have they confiscated your deposit as well?

I haven't been able to do anything about it for several days now.  No other function is available. As for the conversation with the SEO - I hope the situation will be resolved for the better and I will not have to post the conversation


UPD. 31 December I got an email from their "partners" about video kyc that I should pass. Firstly, I couldn't find such contact in the skype (I think it didn't exist before 3 january). Then I finally found them and wrote that I'm ready to complete my verification, but there is no reply for 2 days (on email also). They even haven't been online for 4 days... I still can't withdraw my funds. BUT ON MOONBET my verification is completed!!! I don't even know why they ask me for another one

As mentioned in our previous post, due to what has occurred with several accounts that have all joined the same day and placed the exact same bets on the same NBA markets, we have had to take additional steps to verify the account owners.
