Yes, in your situation it becomes a problem.  You have to use PayPal or wire transfer only, and we talked that not all gamblers can use PayPal.
I don`t like wire transfers, in our country banks control them much more than debit/credit cards. I don`t know why it is so, but i had no problems in my bank until i made wire transfer, after that they asked a huge volume of information about all my transactions.
But if there is no choice - we have to use it.
I do not know if people can now use PayPal in my country to transfer, but I remember when it was allowed for people outside of my country to deposit into Paypal account of people in my country, but people in my country can not pay people outside of my country. Which means withdrawing from bet365 should be possible, just that PayPal payment is not available for people in my country on bet365. Luckily I do not have problem with wire transfer which is the only option for me.
In such situation PayPal can`t be a decision. I don`t ready to trust my money to the system, that restrict me even partially - they can add more restriction any moment and it is possible that i lose access to my money.
So you really have just one way - wire transfer and it is good that you haven`t any problems with it.
PS. The strange time we live in - huge quantity of ways to deposit/withdraw money, but the only way is to use wire transfer.
