Its kind of pointless to enact this law. Maybe if the state of Louisiana had full control of the internet would it have the capability to pull off what they desired in this law. As others have said there are free and paid VPNs that could work around this legislative measure. The law will lead to ease of cyber criminals to obtain IDs for identity theft crimes and for illegal immigrants to pose as real citizens. Its laws like this that prove we are constantly experimented upon by our elite class. I'm sick and tired of it I'm not a lab rat.
