Yes it does count as plagiarism, and maybe he used some text spinning tool or that new ChatGPT to make small changes in original sentence.
Other than plagiarism, and looking at krishnaverma post history I can see he(she is writing a bunch of low value posts in short amount of time, maybe to bump up his rank or something like that.
For example, in six minutes he/she managed to write four posts, and that is really ''amazingly'' fast.
