Bitcointalk has been able to stay this long and improving because of contributions from members of the Forum starting with the founder Satoshi Nakamoto and other awesome members.
There's no doubt about it that Satoshi has already laid the good foundation here and this also goed inline with the strict rules and regulations guiding the forum, in the same vein you can't expect anyone to misbehave outside the normal expected procedures here, i also understand little about other crypto platforms that their rules and standards were not upto a professional required one and members misbehave by going against the rules without a penalty which you dare not try with bitcointalk community here.
It is a fact that Most Newbies now join Bitcointalk just to make money and this is not the main aim of this forum but thankfully you can't really earn without contributing or by breaking the rules and regulations
They can make their money not too bad, as long as they maintain their stay abiding by the rules, but there's no way they can gain access into a signature campaign without being an asset to the forum, which means they need to contribute well to the community and grow before an opportunity can get opened to them.
