I think you have done something wrong, that's why they ask your KYC.
Now in all liceneced casino KYC necessary. I passed KYC in Coinplay.com after I oppened accont. It taked several days (2 days) to pass KYC for me. I withdraw money without problem in Coinplay.com. But I never had a big winning sums in casino.
I have never won big but if someone withdraws big money (let's say withdraw 3 BTC in a day) from an online casino he/she wins is that considered normal? for large withdrawal cases, I heard that some gambling sites implement KYC,, to prevent crimes such as money laundering or fraud and even maintain the gambling site's financial balance.
