It looks like the ranking up depends on the number of people we referred to the site. I think it is somehow realistic but you need to put effort in your affiliated work. This kind of ranking up system isn't attractive at all, though it looks like favorable for starting gambling platform but I do believe this will discourage big spenders since their ranking up depends on their referred users and not on the amount wagered.
I think @OP, better think why successful casinos separate affiliate system and ranking up system.
