@Smoothie, Is this rule ignored for the contest? because i have come across entries which has been voted for which do not meet the above requirement.
What I will do to deal with this is whomever wins will have to provide this in order to claim the prize and it will have to be done publicly showing ownership over the art/decoration as proof.
