Newcastle is tough nut to crack this season, and they have best defense in Premier League, this is now proven after match with Arsenal.
They conceded 11 goals in 18 matches, that is something to be proud in any league and even more in Premier League.
I think they need to hire more good goal scorers if they want to stay in league top positions.
Man City is keeping up with Arsenal after narrow win against Chelsea today.

so far newcastle is indeed a very strong team in their defense it's just that they lack players who can become goal machines in their attack line so they have never managed to score more goals when they meet other top teams, but I'm happy to see manchester city can beat chelsea tonight because they can finally catch up on the points left behind by arsenal at the top of the standings, BTW it seems interesting to take part in that prediction event  Wink

@notblox1 when they hired Howe as their manager I was skeptical about their survival in the premier league, but slowly and steadily he’s transformed this Newcastle side into a title challenging side which is an amazing feat. Furthermore I expect that Newcastle board will invest heavily in the summer transfer window to solve their goal scoring problems, but I doubt that they’ll buy now because player’s are usually sold for a premium in the January transfer window and it doesn’t makes any sense to buy in the mid season even if they’re in the title race.
