Update: After 1 month stake still blocks my money
This is my case I'm crazy they're taking part of my savings, and Stunna hasn't logged in since December 10

I sent dozens of documents for level 4 which they refused again and again.
I explained repeatedly that I am self-employed, that I have no payslip, only statements of turnover that I sent and that they refused.
They then asked me for one of the following documents:

I have chosen :
"Sales of shared or other investments / liquidation of investment portfolio / bonds ( You will need to send us a bank statement clearly showing receipt of funds and investment company name or interest on bonds received )"
I sold my investments and waited for my bank statement to send it to THEM. You realize?
I sent it and it was refused again !!!! For no reason !!. Now they ask me again for a payslip knowing that I am self-employed, that I have no payslip, only declarations of turnover that I sent and that they refused.
They are illogical and I feel like THEY're doing it on purpose.
DO I HAVE TO FIND A NEW JOB AS AN EMPLOYEE TO RECOVER MY MONEY

Small update of my case. Stake asks me to verify my account at level 4 to access it to unlock my account following a suspicion of multiple accounts.
I had no KYC, I hardly passed the 3 levels. Many documents requested.
For level 4 they ask me for a payslip. Being self-employed, I declare my turnover quarterly.
I sent them a quarterly statement of turnover, the only document to prove my professional income.
They refuse the document. They don't understand that I'm not an employee.

BTW, if you can't find alternative documents you may use tax information or statement by related government agencies ? 🤔
