Take advantage of the -70% downside when this is already a good opportunity. If you still hope for another decrease in the price of 8k-10k, that is each person's choice. But a price that low is still too far for now, unless the market is really not doing well and lots of FUD require bitcoin to collapse again...
Many would like to see not 70%, but 95%. But the reality is that bitcoin, unlike most altcoins, cannot lose such a percentage of its value. And if this really ever happens, then it will be possible to say that this is a complete collapse of the cryptocurrency market.
