Thanks again. To answer your questions I wrote them a long email summarizing the situation, they had a lot of documents, sufficient I think to justify my income and that I did not do any multi-accounting. Everything was done within the rules and in accordance with their terms of use. Maybe posting here helped me, I can't confirm.
Otherwise, yes I was able to withdraw without problem. And to clarify why I deleted my previous message, it's just that I found my message a little aggressive under frustration, and I had suspicions of Scam.
But they proved that this was not the case and in return in good faith I decided to remove the message. And I certify that they never asked me, I did it myself.
On the other hand, I would like them to delete all the documents I sent them, at least for level 4, because they are confidential documents and can be reused fraudulently if there is a leak or a hack.
Congratulations mate, Stake.com is one of the best and most reputation casinos around here, and as long as they keep up with this standard of resolving issues, they will continue to hold that title.
I cant guarantee though, but maybe posting here indeed helped you get your issues resolved fast, congratulations again, and in other not to have any need of deleting your messages, next time, try to control the frustrations, i know it sometimes can really be difficult to do but just try, Stake has never left any issues unsolved right here, so hold on to this and know what your issues will be resolved no matter how complicated it is.
