Merit is the system that's behind everything concerning the growth of everyone in the community, so i believe that anyone that doesn't have merit or earn merit the limitations of it's growth will remain constant, so that is the reason why some people do constantly ensure that they earn merit, while when constantly posting your activities will continue to increase and merits will still remain in one particular point.
