sometimes boredom always leads to laziness. when you are bored doing something, surely you will just lie down while playing with your cellphone.

bored as much as possible should be removed. but, sometimes I also like to get bored anyway. when I'm bored I try to motivate myself to keep going and sometimes I often play puzzle games to sharpen my mind.
