You can use BTC to buy products and services from merchants online and offline. You’ll be glad to know that there are about 15,000 companies that accept BTC. Also, many not-for-profit organizations are getting on board to accept BTC donations. You can use your BTC in Microsoft, Overstock, Wikileaks, Twitch, and other major brands.

How to use BTC is by asking for the merchant's wallet address then pay for the product or services rendered to you. I don't think it's necessary to teach people how to use money, even kids can easily locate a store where money is accepted. Bitcoin is not an altcoin with little or no use case where investors are bothered about where to spend their coins. Many newbies here are concerned about how to save their bitcoin or earn more bitcoin. Creating such a thread, which looked to me like a question, but ended up being a list of where to use BTC is less informative to newbies in my opinion, and the topic doesn't fit in the content. The content of this thread it's suitable for a topic related to bitcoin adoption.
