i was aware that it has been floating around this forum.Yes, not all sites do comes in touch with this place but its not surprising that you wont really be getting much sign ups just because majority of people here would really be preferring into those common or known sites that we do have as of today. Also, people doesnt really like on seeing those affiliate links but as part of  marketing then it is really just that typical
that people would be spreading up their links but we've seen there are review sites that doesnt do that like btcgosu and gamblingbro.
