It is about a very bad reputation and many precedent and previous cases here in the forum, about people getting their accounts terminated and without a refund.
Since you seem to be slightly interested, I am sure you have checked the reputation thread allegedly opened by 1xbit themselves where they claimed to be trying to solve the issues, still have not succeed.
